There are currently different ways of inserting ashes within a jewel on the market today. We have often seen it done with a screw-in mechanism. However, this method wears down quite easily and is not waterproof, which is why we found a way to seal the gold shut, creating a piece that can withstand the effects of wear and tear. Engravings
All of our designs come with complimentary engravings. You can engrave within the inside of your ring the initials, names, dates or anything else that might remind you of that special someone. Where there is more space, cursive fonts can be used. If you have a preference of which style of writing you would like, let us know and we will use it if possible!
In the example of this rose gold ring, we were able to not only engrave the inside of the band but add orchids along the outside to remind our client of her mother who had recently passed. Her mother was an avid orchid lover, adding this delicate floral engraving around the band seemed only fitting!
